- Red, green and yellow yarn of your choice
- A hook.
- A needle.
- Some stuffing.
Crochet Pattern: Strawberry
Using red color.
R1 : 6 sc in a magic ring (6)
R2 : increase in each stitch of previous round (12)
R3 : (3sc, increase) repeat 3 times (15)
R4 : (4sc, increase) repeat 3 times (18)
R5 : (5sc, increase) repeat 3 times (21)
R6 : 21sc (21)
R7 : (6sc, increase) repeat 3 times (24)
R8 : 24sc (24)
R9 : (7sc, increase) repeat 3 times (27)
R10 : 27sc (27)
R11 : (8sc, increase) repeat 3 times (30)
R12 – R14 : 30sc (30)
R15 : (4sc, increase) repeat 6 times (36)
R16 – R17 : 36sc (36)
R18 : (11sc, increase) repeat 3 times (39)
R19 – R22 : 39c (39)
R23 : (11sc, decrease) repeat 3 times (36)
R24 : (4sc, decrease) repeat 6 times (30)
R25 : (3sc, decrease) repeat 6 times (24)
Start stuffing, then continue while you go.
R26 : (2sc, decrease) repeat 6 times (18)
R27 : (1sc, decrease) repeat 6 times (12)
R28 : 6 decrease (6)
Fasten off and weave in the ends.
Using green color.
R1 : 5 sc in a magic ring (5)
R2 – R5 : 5sc (5)
R6 : 5 increase (10)
R7 : (1sc, increase) repeat 5 times (15)
Next crochet small leaves of different length. Chain 4, 5, 6 or 7 (as you wish) and then hdc (half double crochet) back and connect using s st (sleep stitch) to R7. Repeat to the end of round. Fasten off and leave long end for sewing. Sew to the strawberry.
Using yellow yarn embroider seeds and your are done!
